Title: Draft FY2015-2025 STIP Supplement (DCHC MPO's TIP) Lindsay Smart, LPA Staff On December 4, 2014, the N. C. Department of Transportation released the draft 10-year State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), which schedules the projects proposed for full or partial funding across the state in the Final 2016-2015 STIP. The first five years of project programming is called the STIP and the latter five years of project programming is called the developmental program. The STIP is updated every two years. TC Action: Receive the draft STIP documents and recommend that a subcommittee convene to review the draft STIP and prepare a summary of comments and questions.
