Title
FF25 Anticipated Application Activity (AAA) Spreadsheet (5 Minutes)
Filmon Fishastion, TPO Staff
Narrative
Purpose:
-To identify all planned TrAMS applications and amendments early in FFY25, consulting with our Federal Transit Administration (FTA) pre- and post-award managers in advance, to move our applications forward.
-To update our Agency’s Point of Contact Information.
The AAA instructions and deadlines are included as an attachment.
When ready, the TPO will populate the attached “FFY25 AAA Recipient Spreadsheet” with DRAFT applications entered in TrAMS producing a Temporary FAIN.
- If there are any lapsing funds the TPO does not plan to apply for, TPO staff will e-mail rodney.n.williams@dot.gov and Robert.buckley@dot.gov, copying our pre-award manager.
- If any funds/applications are identified as “critical”, TPO staff will provide an email or written documentation from our agency’s GM/CEO affirming the “critical” designation along with a brief rationale.
TPO staff will delete any obsolete or redundant grant applications in TrAMS created in the past that we do not plan to advance.
Once done, TPO staff will complete the AAA (all columns) and email the completed AAA to FTATRO4@dot.gov , with a CC to Robert.sachnin@dot.gov, Elizabeth.Orr@dot.gov and Aviance.Webb@dot.gov .
Also attached is an application reminders briefing to assist in our grant development efforts.
