Public Involvement for Draft Amendment #2 to the FY2016-2025 TIP (5 minutes)

Narrative
The DCHC MPO Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendment #2 to the FY2016-2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Additionally, the proposed amendment #2 will be published on the DCHC MPO website, distributed via email to DCHC MPO partners, stakeholders, and members of the public. The DCHC MPO staff will facilitate a drop-in style open house in mid- to late March to solicit input from residents that are interested in the changes that are being proposed in amendment #2.
The proposed amendment #2 to the FY2016-2025 TIP will add two new projects, make changes to projects U-5717, I-3306, TE-5205, and make changes to breaks of project U-5774. The new projects and the changes to the existing projects will be detailed in all materials that are distributed and that are made available during the public open house.

TC Action: Receive an update on the public involvement strategy for draft amendment #2 to the FY2016-2025 TIP.
