Narrative
GoTriangle staff have provided three sets of written responses to typical comments received to-date on the D-O LRT during the Draft Environmental Impact Statement public comment period. The three sets of responses were forwarded by MPO LPA staff to Board members. The official comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) ended on October 13, 2015. The DCHC MPO LPA staff have received copies of actions taken by local jurisdictions and the actions are included as attachments to this agenda item. On November 4, 2015, MPO LPA staff is anticipating GoTriangle providing a full compilation of all comments received on the DEIS and the compilation will be circulated to all DCHC MPO Board members. On November 11, 2015, the DCHC MPO Board will vote on a resolution to support the NEPA preferred alternative in the DEIS for the D-O LRT project. The draft resolution is an attachment to this agenda.
Recommendation
TC Action: Recommended the MPO Board approve the attached resolution of endorsement for the NEPA preferred alternative for the D-O LRT project.

Board Action: Recieve status report, review draft resolution, and vote on the resolution of endorsement for the NEPA preferred alternative for the D-O LRT project, with any comments from the MPO Board incorporated as necessary.
